Peanut butter cookies((:

Finally, last but not least...
THE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES!((:
Last cookies that i need to bake before i end this smart project.
So far i have make chocolate Chips cookies and Butter cookies.
Having comments from friends and improve on them.
Hopefully this last cookies that i'm going to bake will be a sucessfully one.

GOt the ingredients ready and start to bake them.
Unfortunately, i accidentally deleted the first 2 photos of process that i have taken during the baking. Resulting i only have the photos that are left after mixing the flour, sugar and butter together. :(

Recipes:

3/4 cup (170 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature

1/2 cup (105 grams) light brown sugar

1/2 cup (100 grams) granulated white sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

3/4 cup (185 grams) peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

2 cups (280 grams) all purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

The flour, sugar and butter
Adding the egg in and a tablespoon of water
Finally a photo of me, cause this time round my sister helped me with taking the photos

DONE!
Laying them out in the tray
ready to be bake in the oven

This time round was a succuessful one as well
WIthout much difficulties cause i think it the 3rd time im baking
so in a way, im improving for the better.
This time round cant let my schoolmates try, mainly because this week we're having elearning week.
ohhh man.
